Our Lightning Diverter is designed to mount directly onto your electric fence 100ft away from your fence charger. Most lightning diverters are mounted at the charger or very close. When lightning is driven into the ground it has a tendency of spreading out and if is in the same area of your charger it will go back up the ground wire that connects to your charger and Boom!!! You just lost your charger. Our Lightning Diverter is the only one on the market that is designed to be at least 100ft away from your charger. We suggest using at least (2) diverters spaced 100ft apart and we also suggest using our 24″ Lightning Fuse 2-pack to go along with our Lightning Diverters. Made in USA, Cookeville, TN.
